To make your spa experience truly enjoyable here are a few guidelines to follow:


• Turn off your cell phone or pager.
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a brief intake form
  and relax before your service.
• All spa guests may use the 67' swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna or work out room
  before or after your spa services.
• Any guests who stay at the Ramada Galena can present their room key for a 10% discount
  on all services or products. This doesn't apply to packages, although you would get the lower
  price of the two.
• Our Frequent Indulger Program allows anyone who will patronize the Spa on a monthly basis to receive 20% off all services.
• Gratuities are not included in services prices. 15% to 20% is average, although it is entirely up to your discretion.
• Indulge Spa can accommodate two treatments being done side by side.
• All services are customized to fit each individuals needs - male and female.
• Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hour notice and you will be charged 50% of services scheduled. No show, no call will be charged 100% of services scheduled.
